Did you select the matching key to your current key?

There are pictures in the app showing the keys, but some do not always match exactly. You will need to read what type of key it is as well. Smart key, Fobik, Remote head key, or Transponder Key.

If they are showing the same two images of a key then its a two part pairing process. The left option is to pair the key, and the right is to pair the remote portion of the key. Start with the key and then do the remote afterwards. This can also be true if they have a separate stand alone remote. The right picture may show a key, but it will be for the remote pairing and should be labeled on the screen as a remote as well.
