There was an error mid-programming what should I do? (Customer Support use)

The application, if it has a problem, should always show an error. Write this error message down in case it continues so you can share the error message with the support staff.

The app will need to be closed and reopened or it will restart from the beginning of the process itself if it is stuck on a step. 

If there vehicle is not starting at this point then escalate the call to Technical Support.
