      Was the app downloaded correctly? Does it open on your phone?

      If the application will not open on your mobile device try these steps to fix the issue:

      1. Restart your device (Power button or options menu to restart) and then plug the OBD dongle in before opening the app this time.
      2. Verify you have a compatible or newer operating system.
      3. Uninstall and Reinstall the application from the Google Play or Apple App Store.
