# The Smartbox Mini Application Crashes after New Update

This is likely caused by the most recent update having a bug or issue of some kind in its newest release. If the issue is known already then opening the Google Chrome link under the "Smartbox Mini Update" shortcut you will be able to download the update fix pushed out by Smartbox. 

If the device is registered to your company then we would recommend you contact technical support before attempting this update.
