The machine repeatedly states that it needs to get a better look at your key when attempting to scan
First Steps: Begin by confirming the selected MMY and key-type match the customer's vehicle and key exactly. If the scan glass looks dirty, clean it. Then try flipping the key to the opposite side of the last failed scan. Remember to use the cradle for keys that need the brace to hold in place.
Second Step: If cleaning the scan chamber and repositioning or securing the key does not resolve the issue, call Customer Technical Support.
