What do you do when the ROKS Box application is not showing on the device?
Complete a hard restart.
- Open the panel on the side of the box and hold the power button down on the tablet device for 3-5 seconds.
- The user can then choose an option to either restart or turn off the device.
- Either option will work, if the user turns it off they will have to manually turn it back on.
