# What do I do if the ROKS Box application is showing an "OEM setup" screen? (Internal Use Only)

If this happens, this means that the application was uninstalled.  To reconfigure, please fill out the fields on the screen. 

If it is AutoZone, the app version should be "AutoZone" and the company should be "AutoZone". 

If it is a Grismer device, the app version would be "CKE Hub". 

The MDM Name and asset tag should both be set to the asset tag that is found on the back of the tablet.
