GM Transponder Key/Flip Key Programming 2010-2016

1. Insert an original, already paired key into the ignition and turn the key to the ON/RUN position. The security light will turn on.

2. When the security light turns off, turn the key to the LOCK/OFF position and remove the key.

3. Insert the new key in the ignition and turn it to the ON/RUN position within
5 seconds. The security light will turn on. The security light will turn off once the key has been paired.

4. Test the key. Remove it from the ignition, reinsert it, and start the vehicle.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 for any additional keys to be paired.
