2008 Dodge Magnum Remote Programming Instructions

NOTE: You must have two working, programmed remotes before you can add a third remote. Repeat procedure for additional remotes if required. A maximum of 8 remotes can be programmed.

1. Using the first programmed remote, turn ignition to the ON position for 3 seconds but no longer than 15 seconds. (Do not crank the engine). Turn the remote off and remove.
2. Within 15 seconds insert second working programmed remote. Turn ignition to the ON position (Do not crank engine) After 10 seconds an acoustic signal will be heard and the immobilizer warning lamp will flash. Turn the remote OFF and remove the second program remote.
3. Within 60 seconds insert a third NEW non-programed remote into ignition and turn to the ON position (Do not crank engine). After 10 seconds an acoustical signal will be heard and the immobilizer warning lamp will illuminate for 3 seconds.
4. Turn the remote to the OFF position and remove.
5. Test remotes.
